Girlguiding is the leading charity for girls and young women in the UK, with over 500,000 members. Here in Lightwater, we give girls and young women a space where they can be themselves, have fun, build brilliant friendships, gain valuable life skills and make a positive difference to their lives and their communities. Girlguiding in Lightwater has three sections: • Rainbows age 5 to 7 years • Brownies age 7 to 10 years • Guides age 10 to 14 years Meetings are held weekly during term time and we also have trips out, camps and all sorts of exciting adventures. Our team of volunteers looks after our members. Volunteering with Girlguiding is a great way to have fun, meet new people, gain training and develop new skills.
