Small group run by volunteers , catering for local active senior citizens. Meet weekly on Thursday 11am to 2pm at Perivale CC, Horsenden Lane South Perivale Middlesex UB6 7NP. We offer amusements, arts and crafts, quizzes, refreshments, monthly speakers, exercise class. Cost £3.00 per session.
