The Reach for Health Centre is a rehabilitation centre accredited by the NHS as a willing provider. We offer physio therapeutic exercise to people suffering from long term/ lifelong health conditions, such as heart disease, COPD, stroke, cancer, mental health, multiple sclerosis and other conditions. Service users can visit our modern, well equipped, centre in Daventry, Northamptonshire and work with our coaches to discover the best regime to help with their specific health condition.
