Sanctus is a charity providing a café, housing and development space in the heart of Chelmsford for the homeless, day-homeless, destitute and those fallen on hard times. In difficult financial times we are there to assist people who struggle for a hot meal, and for support to rebuild their lives. We have been running since December 2011. Our clients amount to between fifteen and thirty people Monday - Saturday. We offer a variety of breakfasts and freshly cooked lunches, drinks and snacks throughout the day. This is free of charge to our guests (but costed at a maximum of £2 per head to our charity).
