Shropshire Libraries strives to provide and support inspiring library services for learning, information and enjoyment. We have a wide range of opportunities across the network of libraries in Shropshire: - Supporting and delivering variety of children activities and events in libraries. - Helping people with the family and local history enquiries and research. - Providing access to the library service for borrowers who are housebound or otherwise unable to visit the library. - Helping people to use computers and other devices for their day to day life. - Volunteering for 14 to 18 years old; helping library staff to support and promote specific activities. - Time to Listen Volunteer; reading aloud to adults at a regular group.
