Silent Storms believe that it's time for men to break the silence and start talking. That's why at Silent Storms we provide a safe, confidential and non-judgmental safe space for men to share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. At Silent Storm, the mentors understand the importance of creating a non-judgmental environment where men feel comfortable opening up. That's why our trained mentors are there to enable the meetings on a peer-to-peer basis. Our mentors provide support, and encouragement, helping to foster meaningful connections and discussions. Silent Storms' goal is to empower men to prioritise their mental health and well-being, and to show them that it's okay to not be okay by providing a space where they can talk openly and honestly. Any person aged 18+ who identifies as male and looking for a place to feel safe,share, connect, and be heard, we warmly invite you to join Silent Storm at one of our venues. Together, we can start important conversations towards breaking the silence. Currently, as a self-funded charity we are hoping to secure Sponsorship and Donations and with your support we will break down barriers, reduce stigma, and create a community of support and understanding surrounding men's mental health.
