Clients are given help, during their visit to our office, by volunteer interviewers who may point them to possible vacancies, give financial planning advice and help with benefit claims. Our staff liaise with landlords to ensure the smooth running of the tenancy. Rentstart is overseen by a management committee made up of volunteers from the local community.
