The Greenaway Foundation (registered charity 1187817) is a local charity based in Crawley that supports children aged 0 to 17 from financially challenged families who fly under the radar of getting formal help. We help either directly with the child or through the parents, always as a short term boost rather than a long term solution. Through referrals from schools, family hubs, social workers and other professionals, we provide school uniforms, help with school trips and residential holidays, transport to school and school prom support. At Christmas, with the help of local businesses and hundreds of volunteers, we deliver Christmas dinners and presents to families across Sussex, Surrey and Kent, and this year we are aiming to feed 1,200 families and make 4,000 children's Christmas wishes come true.
