The Parenting Network is a not-for-profit, Community Interest Company that provides a much loved and much needed service for local families in Portsmouth. The Parenting Network CIC is working to build a self sustaining and supportive community of families in Portsmouth in order to drive forward social change through education on positive parenting and best practice; this is all delivered through a series of programmes using social theory as a model to promote fun learning, strengthen family bonds, bringing together communities, whilst tackling gender stereotyping and isolation. The Parenting Network is made up of 4 key areas including The Parenting Forum, Dadzclub, Wonder Mumz and the Step Up to Parenting programme. The Parenting Network’s goal is to build a self sustaining and supportive network of parents all across Hampshire.
