Minds to Media is seeking a proactive Learning & Improvement Coordinator to strengthen how we capture insights, embed learning, and continuously improve our programmes. This role will focus on creating effective feedback loops, supporting internal learning processes, and driving optimisation across our work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage feedback loops to capture insights from programmes, partners, and participants
  • Support the development of a strong internal learning culture across teams
  • Analyse feedback and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Facilitate learning sessions, reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities
  • Translate insights into practical recommendations for programme optimisation
  • Work with teams to implement and track improvements
  • Document and share best practice, tools, and lessons learned
