Minds to Media (MTM) is a vibrant youth-focused media organization empowering young people through creative education, arts, and mental health support. We are seeking a strategic Social Media Manager to take ownership of MTM’s social platforms, managing content calendars across video, design, and copy to drive brand visibility and engage local youth.
What skills do I need?
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee a consistent content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Track audience engagement and implement growth strategies to expand our community footprint.
- Coordinate with junior content creators to ensure brand messaging is cohesive.
Skills: Experience managing social media channels, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to collaborate with a creative team, and a passion for youth culture and digital storytelling.
Location
This opportunity can be carried out whilst working from home.
