Minds to Media is seeking a Research & Policy Officer to support our work in understanding youth trends, shaping evidence-based insights, and aligning programmes with evolving policy and funding priorities. This role will play a key part in ensuring our work remains relevant, impactful, and strategically positioned within the wider policy landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research into youth trends, behaviours, and emerging issues
• Monitor and analyse policy developments and funding priorities relevant to the sector
• Produce clear, concise briefings, reports, and insight papers
• Support strategic planning through evidence-based recommendations
• Identify opportunities for policy alignment and programme development
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate research into practical application
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sector developments and external landscapes

What skills do I need?

• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information
