Minds To Media (MTM) is seeking passionate and skilled volunteers to support our Funding and Partnerships Lead in expanding our impact. If you are experienced in fundraising, partnerships, or donor engagement and want to contribute your expertise to a growing creative organisation, we would love to hear from you.
Lead on developing high-quality funding applications, including large bids to trusts, foundations, and statutory funders. Ideal for someone with a strong track record in successful grant writing and bid development.
What skills do I need?
- Proven experience in writing successful grant applications and funding bids
- Strong understanding of trusts, foundations, and statutory funding processes
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to develop compelling cases for support aligned with organisational impact
- Strong research and analytical skills to match funders with projects
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience managing large or complex funding applications is desirable
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams
