Minds to Media is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join our Operations Team and help support the smooth running of our organisation. We have several exciting voluntary roles available, each offering the chance to contribute your skills, gain experience, and make a meaningful impact.

Available Roles:

HR & Volunteer Manager

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and support for volunteers
  • Help create a positive volunteer experience and strengthen our team

Facilities & Studio Manager

  • Oversee our studio spaces, equipment, and logistics
  • Ensure our creative environments are well-organised and accessible

Governance & Policies Officer

  • Support the board and maintain compliance with policies and regulations
  • Assist in managing organisational risk and governance procedures

 Admin & Systems Coordinator

  • Manage internal systems, documentation, and administrative processes
  • Help streamline operations and improve organisational efficiency

Skills Required for Volunteer Roles – Operations Team

 HR & Volunteer Manager

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Facilities & Studio Manager

  • Organisational and logistical skills
  • Familiarity with studio or equipment management
