EVENT HELPERS
Volunteers are needed to help out during one of our unique events and private group days.
Talliston is a unique house and gardens in Great Dunmow. Dubbed “Britain’s Most Extraordinary
Home” by The Times and recently featured on Channel 4's Outrageous Homes with Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen.
We are looking to expand our small team of indispensable volunteers.
If you’d enjoy helping set up and run a private event in the extraordinary world inside Talliston,
ensuring people have a fantastic time and to lend an organisational hand, this could be the perfect
role for you. Your commitment would be occasional dates throughout the year.
Tasks include:
- Setting up and decorating house and gardens for events
- Set out catering food and equipment
- Welcoming and directing guests
- Helping to clear and pack up after event

We have an event calendar that is planned a year in advance. So volunteers have
advanced notice of dates and times. Usually events fall on Fridays and weekend afternoon
and evening.
