To help with the general running of the charity we are looking for a volunteer secretary.
The main responsibilities are:
- Organisation of quarterly committee meetings including preparation and issue of the agenda.
- Preparation and issue of meeting minutes.
- Organisation of an AGM including circulation of invites and agenda.
- Set up of meeting and provision of documents for attendees.
- Maintaining the file of minutes electronically and hard copy.
