Key responsibilities:
- Help set up and tidy the space before and after drop-in sessions
- Welcome residents and help create a friendly, inclusive atmosphere
- Spend time chatting with residents and getting to know them
- Join in with simple activities such as board games, crafts, or conversations
- Support staff by helping sessions run smoothly
