This hands-on role involves decorating rooms, assembling furniture, and organising essential starter items to help residents settle in and feel at home from day one.

- Prepare bedrooms and communal spaces for new residents before move-in
- Build and arrange furniture such as beds, wardrobes, and tables
- Put together starter packs with essential household items and toiletries
- Paint and decorate rooms to create a clean, welcoming environment
