Receptionist / Admin

We’re looking for a friendly and organised volunteer to help on reception and with general admin tasks at Work and Play Scrapstore.
You’ll welcome members and visitors, answer questions, help with membership enquiries, answer the phone and support with basic admin tasks.
Good communication skills, a friendly attitude and basic computer skills are helpful. Full guidance and support will be provided.
What skills do I need?
Good interpersonal and communictions skills
Confident to interact with people
Enjoys working in a team
Computer literate (desireable - ability to use databases and internet based technology)
Attention to detail
Be able to keep accurate and up to date records and work to required deadlines
