Who Are We?
Storrington and District Museum is the repository for artefacts, photographs and information with a connection to Storrington and the surrounding villages of Amberley, Ashington, Bury, Cootham, Greatham, Rackham, Parham, Sullington, Thakeham, Washington and Wiggonholt. Its aim is to collect these items so that are preserved for all time and are available for everyone to see.
The Role:
The Museum uses a database named MODES to record all its artifacts and documents. The first stage of setting the system up is completed but needs to be managed going forward, installing updates and responding to user enquiries. The second step is to link scanned documents and photos as images into the system
