Who Are We?

We're a specialist NHS organisation providing mental health, learning disability and neurodevelopmental care to people living in South East England. At 78 Crawley Road we provide specialist rehabilitation mental health care to adults who require a period of enhanced recovery support. Our aim is to help people achieve their own individual aspirations and to live independent, meaningful and rewarding lives.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to inspire our patients through the performing arts. You will lead engaging, imaginative workshops that build confidence, teamwork, and performance skills.

Successful candidates will undertake the following:

  • DBS check

    Reference checks

  • Mandatory training

What skills do I need?

  • Previous experience in teaching drama is highly desirable
  • An energetic approach to teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate participants
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups
  • Ability to adapt activities to suit different age groups and skill levels
  • Commitment to attending scheduled sessions
