Organise inclusive activities for wellbeing, awareness, connection and fundraising.
What you will do
- Research sports clubs, student societies, activity groups and potential event partners.
- Help organise runs, bicycle tours, guided walks, hiking and team games such as volleyball.
- Prepare schedules, registration information, participant briefings and draft risk materials.
- Support promotion, volunteer coordination, fundraising arrangements and event-day delivery.
- Record participation, funds raised where applicable, feedback and learning for future events.
COMMITMENT Minimum 12 hours per week
WORKING ARRANGEMENT Hybrid: office day + remote
DURATION Minimum 6 months
What skills do I need?
SUITABLE BACKGROUNDS
- Sports Science, Coaching, Physical Education, Event Management, Community
- Development or a related area.
ROLE-SPECIFIC STRENGTHS
- Teamwork, inclusive activity, planning, participant communication, logistics and safety awareness.
COMMON REQUIREMENTS
- A 2:1 degree or above in any subject.
- Determined, enthusiastic and respectful.
