Our Trustees are the dream builders who keep our Group on track so young people can gain skills for life. You’ll live by our values of integrity and respect to help us grow.

You will:

• Play your part in a team that makes the big decisions about our Group's future and finances.
• Support our volunteers by making sure they have the tools and space they need to deliver inspiring adventures.
• Think for yourself to help us solve problems and stay safe, inclusive, and grounded.
• See the big picture to help us connect with our local community and muck in where it matters most.
• Step up into a leadership role to help us stay organised and optimistic.

What skills do I need?

You look like a future maker. We’re looking for someone who can help us see the big picture and plan for the brilliant things we’ll achieve together in the years to come.
