We are seeking Volunteer Coordinators to support the smooth running of our free music 

training sessions for children. The role involves assisting music teachers during class 

consisting of 4-8 children.

This voluntary role requires availability on Fridays and Saturdays, for 4 hours each day, 

working closely with music teachers, instructors, children, and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Support music teachers and instructors during Friday and Saturday music training 

sessions

• Assist instructors to ensure sessions start and finish smoothly

• Welcome and sign in children, parents, and visitors

• Help organize learning materials, musical instruments, and equipment

• Assist with attendance records, forms, and general administrative tasks

• Act as a point of contact for parents, volunteers, and partners

• Ensure safeguarding procedures and organisational policies are followed at all times

What skills do I need?

Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to engage positively with children, parents, and volunteers

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• A positive, patient, and proactive attitude

• Interest in music or youth development (experience is not required)
