Our vision is a world in which older people flourish.
In this role you will be supporting people living with dementia and their carers by assisting our Club Coordinator and Support Worker in the smooth running of the service.
Duties could include preparing refreshments for customers, supporting staff in the delivery of activities provided and supporting customers to have meaningful engagement. Where lunch is served you may be required to assist staff in the serving of this as well as clearing tables, washing up and helping to keep the dining area clean.
What skills do I need?
There are no set qualifications or experience that is required but a compassionate and caring disposition is essential. We will support you to ensure you have the appropriate training to help you in your role.

Volunteers are encouraged to do the hours that suit them, the times of your support will be discussed and agreed on an individual basis during your application process. This role is flexible and can be done between 9.30am to 3.30pm. Any time given is gratefully received.
