Transport problems experienced by the population of Epping Forest District are to be tackled. Solutions will be found using cars and minibuses, paid and voluntary drivers. Attention will be given to minimising vehicle depreciation through ageing rather that intensive use. The needs of mobility-impaired passengers will always be included.Providing community transport services with the help of volunteer drivers. The Service provides training for in-house volunteers and for those driving for other local voluntary groups.
