Volunteering Opportunities with Kinetix

In October 2022 we established a new not-for-profit organisation under the name of the Kinetix Academy CIC. This new organisation was set up specifically to run community, outreach, and intervention projects supporting those in need around Essex. Our aim is to offer a safe, positive, and welcoming environment with accessible, free to attend activities for local young people. Using over a decade of experience in working with vulnerable young people through partnership with schools, Pupil Referral Units, and other support networks, our coaching team are already well-equipped to offer support and mentorship alongside the physical activities on offer at the Kinetix Academy. Kinetix Academy CIC have also developed a network of delivery partners through working closely with the Active Essex Foundation, Essex Youth Service, and Active Essex and working on such positive projects as the Holiday Activities Food programme where we offer free of charge activities, enrichment, and a hot healthy lunch in the school holidays to children who receive free school meals. Everyone involved in this new organisation is passionate about, and committed to providing a meaningful community service for young people in Essex.
