This Volunteer will be our storyteller, capturing the action, emotion, and personality of the club and turning it into compelling video content in 9:16 and 16:9 platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Film match footage, training sessions, player interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.

- Edit and produce a variety of video content, including:

• Short-form, high-impact highlights for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Longer match highlight packages.
• Player profile and interview features.
• Tactical analysis and game breakdown videos using graphics and voiceover.
• Colour grade and audio mix footage to a professional standard.
• Manage and organise video assets and archives.

- Operate cameras (Panasonic Lumix GH5 + action cams?); audio recorders, and other video equipment (some equipment will be provided, but having your own is a plus).

For this role you must be available on match days - mostly Saturday and some evenings, Sept - May.

What skills do I need?

Ideal skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential
• Experience with After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop is preferable.
• Understanding of how to shoot stable, well-framed video for sports.
• A good ear for music selection and sound design that fits the energy of football.
• Experience using AI audio and video platforms such as Midjourney or Runway.
• Creative editing skills and an understanding of how to tell a story through video.
• Knowledge of football tactics and conventions used in broadcast and media analysis is highly desirable.
