About the Role
As a Football Support Volunteer, you will assist our coaches in delivering inclusive football sessions that support wellbeing, confidence, and engagement for individuals accessing HARP services.
This role is about encouragement, support, and helping create a positive team environment — no coaching qualifications required.

Key Responsibilities
• Supporting coaches during football training sessions
• Assisting with setting up and packing away equipment
• Encouraging and engaging participants
• Supporting individuals to feel included and confident
• Supporting on match days
• Driving participants to and from training or matches (where applicable)

What We’re Looking For
• Positive, encouraging, and approachable attitude
• Willingness to get involved and support others
• Reliability and good timekeeping
• Full UK driving licence (desirable, not essential)
• Interest in football (helpful but not required)
