Support research, publications and dialogue-led academic events
What you will do
- Research themes linked to dialogue, social cohesion, education, law and public policy.
- Prepare literature reviews, briefings, speaker profiles and research summaries.
- Support the Journal of Dialogue Studies with agreed editorial and administrative tasks.
- Help coordinate academic workshops, panel discussions and round tables.
- Build links with academics, research centres and university departments across the North East.
COMMITMENT
Minimum 12 hours per week
DURATION
Minimum 6 months
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Hybrid: office day + remote

What skills do I need?
SUITABLE BACKGROUNDS
- Social Sciences, Law, Education, Politics, International Relations, Religious Studies, Theology or a related discipline.
ROLE-SPECIFIC STRENGTHS
- Strong research, analysis, academic writing, referencing and attention to detail.
COMMON REQUIREMENTS
- A 2:1 degree or above in any subject.
- Determined, enthusiastic and respectful
