We are looking for a regular volunteer - this can be very flexible. To help with admin duties including mailshots, conference packs, laminating, photocopying, answering phone etc.
There will be some case work i.e. uploading notes, closing cases, client check ins.
We also sometimes require additional help at particularly busy times in which case this would be ad hoc.
What skills do I need?
You will need to be computer literate, Excel and Word, with good organisational skills and a level of flexibility. Due to the nature of the work that East Surrey Domestic Abuse Services carry out confidentiality is a key part of the role, especially when dealing with sensitive information. You will be working from our main office.
