At Thrive Impact CIC, we are a community interest company dedicated to empowering and uplifting individuals through mentorship, skills development, and social support. Our mission is to create positive change for young people, domestic violence survivors, and the elderly by providing them with the tools, confidence, and support needed to build brighter, more independent futures. We believe in the power of community, and our work focuses on helping individuals overcome barriers, rebuild their lives, and reach their full potential. Whether it’s guiding a teen through challenges, helping survivors of domestic violence return to the workforce, or providing companionship to elderly people experiencing isolation, our programs are designed to support and transform lives. Our Core Projects Teen Connect A mentorship and life skills program for young people that helps them avoid risky behaviors and equips them with the knowledge needed to succeed in life. From career guidance and entrepreneurship workshops to sports and creative activities, Teen Connect offers a supportive environment for personal growth and development. EmpowerHer This project is designed to support survivors of domestic violence, helping them regain their confidence and independence through skills training, job-readiness workshops, and entrepreneurship opportunities. EmpowerHer empowers women to rebuild their lives after leaving abusive relationships. Golden Connection A befriending project aimed at supporting elderly individuals who are experiencing loneliness or isolation. We connect volunteers with seniors to provide companionship, meaningful activities, and community engagement to enhance their well-being. Children's Story Corner A creative space where children can enjoy engaging storytelling sessions. Designed to spark imagination and foster a love for reading, this project brings joy and education to young minds. Our Mission Our mission is simple: to empower people in our community to overcome obstacles and lead fulfilling, independent lives. We focus on developing skills, fostering entrepreneurship, promoting mental and emotional well-being, and offering social connections to those in need.
